Organic Chickpea flour (also known as garbanzo flour, grain flour and besan) is an excellent gluten-free, high protein and an alternative to flour. It is a great flour to use in vegan recipes due to its wonderful biding properties leaving no need for the use of eggs.
Usage: For gluten-free baking, pancakes fritters to thicken sauces, soups and gravies.
Egg substitute: Simply whisk 1/4 cup of chickpea flour with a 1/4 cup of water to use as a substitute for 1 egg.
