食用方法 4-5人份):将配料洗净放入煲内,加入6-7碗清水用猛火煮沸,加肉类炖2个小时即可。

Dang Gui Soup is a famous Chinese recipe. This herbal soup can improve  blood circulation, menstruation pain, moisturize pathogenic dryness to  loosen the Bowel . In special days if there are abdominal pain,  headache, irregular menstrual cramps, you can consume this herbal soup  (1-2 times per month) and it will help eased the pain. But it is not recommended to drink this soup during the menstrual  cramps, as may result in increased menstruation and / or prolonged tide.

Ingredients: Dang Gui, Yu Zhu, Dang Cen, Huai Shan, Bei Qi, Hong Zao, Gou Qi, Chuan Xiong, Longan

Method (Serving for 4-5 persons): Rinse all the ingredients well. Place the ingredients into the pot. Add in 6-7 bowls of water, bring the water to a boil. Add in meat and cook over low heat for 2 hours. Ready to serve.
