【药材汤】肉骨茶 Bak Kut Teh

肉骨茶可以具有去湿、旺血、补气、润肺、养颜的功效。

药材:玉竹,党参,川弓,熟地,枸杞,甘草,当归,药材包。

食用方法 4-5人份):将配料洗净放入煲内,加入6-7碗清水和大蒜用猛火煮沸,加肉类炖2个小时即可。

Ingredients: Yu Zhu, Dang Cen, Chuan Xiong, Shu Di, Gou Qi, Gan Chao, Dang Gui, Herbal Pack.

Method (Serving for 4-5 persons): Rinse all the ingredients well. Place the ingredients into the pot. Add in 6-7 bowls of water and garlics, bring the water to a boil. Add in meat and cook over low heat for 2 hours. Ready to serve.
