众所周之,如今,虫草花鸡汤开始受到大家的欢迎。虫草花炖出的汤很鲜,又滋润,是冬天滋补的好食材,并且,价格不贵。虫草花性质平和,不寒不燥,对于多数人来说都可以放心食用。虫草花含有丰富的蛋白质,对增强和调节人体免疫功能、提高人体抗病能力有一定的作用。主要用于治疗眩晕耳鸣、健忘不寐、腰膝酸软、阳痿早泄、久咳虚喘等症的辅助治疗的。

药材:玉竹,红枣,枸杞,淮山,北芪,党参,虫草花,元肉

食用方法 4-5人份):将配料洗净放入煲内,加入6-7碗清水用猛火煮沸,加肉类炖2个小时即可。

Cordycep flower chicken soup is not technically a flower, it is a cultured cordycep fruiting body that is a fungus. Cordycep flower is  similar to other Chinese mushrooms, it can be eaten and prepared as  other ordinary mushrooms. The only difference is its species and the  conditions in which cordycep flowers are grown.

Ingredients:  Yu Zhu, Hong Zao, Gou Qi, Huai Shan, Bei Qi, Dang Cen, Chong Cao Hua, Longan

Method (Serving for 4-5 persons):Rinse all the ingredients well. Place the ingredients into the pot. Add in 6-7 bowls of water, bring the water to a boil. Add in meat and cook over low heat for 2 hours. Ready to serve.
