1 package Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Brownie Mix
1/2 cup melted Butter
1/4 cup Water
Preheat oven to 325°E. Grease a 9 9-inch baking pan.
Pour brownie mix into a mixing bowl. Add eggs, butter and water and mix well. Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
Bake until a toothpick inserted into center comes out mostly clean, about 35-40 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting. Makes 16 brownies.
* For a thicker brownie, use an 8 x 8-inch pan and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
