Pancakes
1 cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Pancake Mix
1 Tpsp melted Butter
1 Egg
3.4 cup Milk

Heat a lightly greased griddle or pan over medium-high heat. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until just combined and then pour 1/4-cup portions onto the hot griddle or pan. Cook until bubbly, then flip and let cook until done, about 2-3 minutes per side. Serve immediately. Makes about pancakes.

Waffles

1 cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Pancake Mix
2 Tbsp melted Butter
1 Egg
1 cup Milk

Preheat waffle iron to medium heat for at least 10 minutes. Mix together all ingredients in a bowl until just combined. Follow waffle iron manufacturer's instructions for measuring and cooking waffle. Make 2 waffles.
