Energy Booster Drinks
1 cup of water
1 serving of CFO Lemon Juice
2 tablespoons of CFO Chia Seeds
1 tablespoon of CFO Natural
1. Put 2 tablespoons of chia seeds in 1 glass of water (200ml).
2. Stir and let stand for 15 minutes.
3. Pour CFO Lemon Juice over the glass with chia seeds and water.
4. Sweetened to taste .
Make Them Into Pudding
Chia seeds can absorb many times their own weight in liquid, so when you soak them in water or milk overnight, you get a dish that's a lot like tapioca pudding in texture. Add some spices and a little bit of sweetener ( like our CFO Natural Acacia or Wildflower Honey) and you get a healthy breakfast or snack that tastes like a treat.
