Vegan brown rice miso is naturally and slowly aged for 6 months. The medium rich flavour from whole soybeans and brown rice is produces by strictly adhering to the century old methods of miso making. The mature taste makes it incredibly versatile for all kinds of cooking styles.
Excellent for making authentic Miso Soup - Great as a salad dressing or Marinade for your favourite food.
Ingredients: Whole Soybeans, Water, Brown Rice, Sea Salt.
How to use: Bring two cups of water with dashi seasoning to a boil. Add your choice of vegetables, tofu and/or cut wakame and simmer for a few minutes. Then immediately turn off the heat to whisk in 2 teaspoons of miso paste. Do not boil the miso paste, which will make the miso soup gritty, and destroy the probiotics found in miso.
