The "red" color on rice is due to anthocyanin content (antioxidant). It is partially hulled and the germ of the rice is left intact internationally, which is high in fibre.
- Soak rice in water for 30 minutes to 1 hour
- Red and Black rice has this sticky texture, mix it with white rice for better taste.
