How to cook polenta?
4 cups water to 1 cup Radiant Polenta. Bring water/broth to a boil. Add polenta slowly and stir constantly. Reduce heat. Stir in garlic and oil. Continue to stir about 20 minutes, adding water as it gets too thick to stir. Polenta will be thick and creamy. Sprinkle nutritional yeast. Chilled leftovers can be sliced and pan fried or baked.
