Ginger Brown Sugar uses specially selected galangal from Taiwan. Galangal is different from normal ginger. It is grown in the highlands with plenty of sunlight and at low temperature to yield ginger with stronger fragrance and taste. It is made from the original, traditional handmade method to give a distinctive blend of ginger and brown sugar which is spicy but smooth in taste. It can be taken directly as a candy or mixed with hot water to produce a ginger tea which will keep you warm.
